…I actually have a bunch more secret pages I gotta review so we can push ‘em on the site. We also put out a ton of Secret Pages (my patrons requested so many, haha), so while the chapter count might’ve been a lil’ small, there was still some cool stuff comin’ down the pipeline. It took months of prep work between all the cutscene art, the animations for the Mechamalgamates, and just assembling everything that was in the interactive computer terminal, but I’m so proud of my team for coming together and making True Lab even bigger and better than I initially anticipated! Our playable output was a bit more limited, with Inverted Jape 3&Knuckles being a very fun joke to put together, while remasters of Mettaton’s fight and Alphys released along with the Downward SPIRAL fight for Part 57! Speaking of which, holy cow! True Lab came and went. SKL, Philip, and Sparks all helped me bring this scene to life, and it was really cool! c:
That continued into the following chapter, with a snazzy video rendition of the cutscene. We got to spend a little time exploring the immediate aftermath of the Crisis of Determination, including spending some much-needed time with Mettaton.Īnd, of course, that quality time included some fascinating revelations about Mettaton’s past endeavors and views on the whole Dreemurr Tapes situation.Īnd so much cutscene art! Probably the most detailed we’d done up until that point in the comic.
We might not have released a ton of chapters, but I think we hit some pretty rad milestones all the same.
